Corona Public Schools are closed today, January 9, due to the hazardous road conditions and inclement weather. January 10 is a virtual day as a reminder.
Today's tournament game in Jal has been cancelled due to the weather and road conditions. The current plan is to travel for Friday/Saturday games. A decision will be made tonight by 9PM based on the travel conditions.

ATHLETIC ANNOUNCMENT: Tonight's games at Des Moines have been rescheduled to 1/28 out of an abundance of caution for the predicted inclement weather and the safety of our athletes, coaches and spectators. MS Boys will start at 4PM followed by the Varsity Girls and Varsity Boys.

REMINDER: This Friday, January 10, 2025, is a remote learning day for students so they will need to log in and do work online or complete the packets sent home by teachers.
REVISED: Game times for the Basketball contests at Des Moines on Tuesday have been moved back 30 minutes to accommodate Varsity Officials for contests so the MS Boys will start at 4:00PM and the Varsity Girls starting at approximately 5:30PM followed by the Varsity Boys. Also, inclement weather is expected in the Northeast part of the state so we will monitor and communicate any decision as early as possible. Thank you for your understanding in this matter.

GIRLS BASKETBALL SCHEDULE ANNOUNCEMENT: Wagon Mound has notified the school that they are unable to field a Girls Team this year so the game at Wagon Mound on Dec 16 for the Girls is cancelled. The Boys game is still on with a 5PM tip off.

ELEMENTARY PARENTS: Student Pick Up tonight will be in the area of student drop off because of delivery trucks being staged in the normal pick up area.
We just received word that the FFA Meat sales will arrive on Monday. We had an amazing sale this year, and we need all FFA students to plan to pick up their meat and deliver it on Monday afternoon.
