As of today, with the increased enrollments, the District will not be able to provide transportation to any student that is inside the 2 mile radius. The district is still in process of adding another bus driver so this decisions will be re-evaluated in the future so we can ensure that all our students arrive safely to school. Bus routes will run as scheduled for the first week of school and if the bus ridership changes based on the new enrollment of students or parents opting to transport, we will notify parents of any change in transportation status. If you have any questions, please contact Mr. Clough via email , curtis.clough@cpscardinals.org, or by phone, 575-849-1911. Thank you for your understanding in this matter.

BUS ROUTES: Routes are being finalized and at this time for parents who have students inside the 2 mile limit on State Route 247, including the trailer, we cannot assure that we will be able to transport. State law requires us to bus all students outside the 2 mile radius and if space is available, we can transport inside that radius. If space is available after registration of students is complete, the school will reach out to notify families if this option is available. That will not occur before August 7. Thank you for your understanding in this matter as we work to provide the best opportunities for our students.
